Chinese Ink on Rice Paper/宣纸水墨画
50 x 95 cm

The artist captured a sunset scene at Osaka Castle Park, where the warm hues of the orange skyline harmonized with the soft pink of the cherry blossoms near the river.

He employed a bold and unconventional color palette to convey the emotions evoked in that moment—something his eyes could perceive, but a camera could not fully capture.

The poem created by the artist reflects a poignant moment where the beauty of cherry blossoms in full bloom serves as a backdrop to the theme of fleeting encounters and cherished connections, the lines delicately weave imagery of nature with human emotion, reflecting on the impermanence of life, encounters, and relationships.
