A versatile venue, well-suited for exhibitions or art/music studios, boasts a spacious floor area encompassing 63 square meters. With the capacity to accommodate up to 30 individuals, it provides an ideal setting to showcase an impressive array of 60-80 artworks.

Furthermore, the venue features a welcoming front yard, creating opportunities for hosting diverse events such as receptions, the display of charming flower stands, eye-catching publicity stands, and vibrant banners. The expansive front yard can comfortably accommodate a larger crowd, with a generous maximum capacity of up to 200 individuals, making it an excellent choice for gatherings of various scales.

About this space

Our venue is suitable for use as a gallery or art exhibition space, as well as for team bonding events with a cultural/arts focus, opening ceremonies, etc. The floor area is approximately 63 sqm (excluding the front yard). The front yard is usable for hosting receptions, displaying flower stands, publicity stands, and banners.

Capacity

The indoor seating capacity of this venue is up to 30 people, with room to display approximately 60-80 art pieces. The front yard can accommodate up to 200 people for outdoor events.

Accessibility

The venue is conveniently located and easily accessible by public transport, with Bugis MRT, Bras Basah MRT, Esplanade MRT and City Hall MRT all within a 3-8 minute walk. Additionally, there are underground car parking facilities within the building.

Facilities

The room is air-conditioned, cozy, and comfortable, featuring wooden flooring. It is well-lit with spotlights and natural light streaming in from two glass-paneled walls.

Additional services that can be arranged with the venue rental include light refreshments and floral arrangements (to be charged separately).

Music Rooms

We have two music rooms for rent; music instruments like guzheng/piano are provided.

Our music rooms are designed to provide a peaceful, acoustically optimized environment for musicians to practice and create. Whether you’re a pianist, a Gu Zheng enthusiast, or both, we’ve got you covered!
